Webinar Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to the use of the services provided by Plabable limited. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, please do not register for the webinar.
Webinar Bookings
A webinar booking is only confirmed once payment has been made online and received by Plabable limited. Once a successful payment has been made, participants will be emailed a receipt.
All webinar programmes are indicative, and alterations may be made if deemed necessary to ensure that we are teaching the most up to date and relevant content.
No audio or video recording is permitted at any of our webinars or courses.
Our terms and conditions are subject to change, although we will always honour the terms in place at the time of booking.
Online Streaming (Zoom Link)
Once payment has been received, participants will be sent an email with joining instructions. Participants need to email webinar@plabable.com if they have NOT received a Zoom webinar link after purchasing the course webinar. Failure to do this prior to the start of the course may result in participants being unable to join the live stream. No refund will be issued in this situation.
Webinar Dedicated WhatsApp Group
As part of the webinar access process, all paid webinar participants must join the Webinar Dedicated WhatsApp Group. This group is used for real-time communication, updates, and access verification on the day of the webinar.
Candidates are required to join the WhatsApp group using the same mobile number provided during the webinar booking and verification process at checkout. The Zoom confirmation email will include a direct link to the group. This mobile number will be used to authenticate participation and manage access to the webinar group.
Please note that if a participant attempts to join the group using a different mobile number not registered during checkout, access may be denied or the number may be removed from the group. This measure is in place to ensure that only verified, paying participants are granted access to the session.
Failure to follow this process may result in delayed access or removal from the group, and no refund will be provided in such cases.
Audio/Video Quality
Every effort has been made to ensure that the quality of the WiFi connection is sufficient for audio and video streaming. Participants should ensure they are in an area of stable connection with suitable bandwidth to participate in the revision webinar and discussion. If there are any problems with the connectivity on our side, Plabable Limited will attempt to rectify the problem to the best of its abilities. Every effort will be made to ensure any webinar content missed due to poor connectivity on our side will be communicated via webchat, email or text (WhatsApp).
Please note that the post-webinar revision slides are only accessible through a desktop computer or laptop. It will not be accessible from a mobile phone or tablet. Participants are therefore responsible for ensuring that they have a working desktop computer laptop or desktop or laptop to be able to participate in our webinar.
Transfers by participant
If a participant wishes to transfer to a different webinar date, it must be done via email to webinar@plabable.com. The request must clearly stipulate that the participant wishes to transfer their webinar booking to the next available date. Participants are entitled to the same webinar within a six-month period from the originally registered webinar; however, the next available webinar dates may not be known at the time of transfer. No refunds will be available if the participant cannot attend future webinars. Participants will be entitled to a transfer if 48-hour notice is given before the webinar date.
Cancellation by participant
If a participant wishes to cancel a webinar booking, it must be done via email to webinar@plabable.com. The request must clearly stipulate that the participant wishes to cancel their webinar booking.
Participants will be entitled to a partial refund if cancelling more than two days before the webinar. The cost of the webinar will be refunded minus a £5.00 administration fee which covers the card transaction fee and admin time (£25 minus £5 = £20 refund).
Cancellations made within two days of the webinar commencement date will not be entitled to a refund.
Cancellation by Plabable
In the unlikely event that Plabable limited has to cancel a webinar, we will inform participants as soon as possible via email. Participants will be entitled to a full refund, or a guaranteed place on the next PLAB 1 webinar (whichever is preferred).
Receipts
A receipt is provided via email at the time of purchase.
Copyright
All Plabable limited revision material is copyright protected and it's content, design, layout, databases or graphics shall not be reproduced, stored in any form or by any means including but not limited to electronic, paper, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or broadcasting, nor shall the site be shown in a public gathering. Participants may only use the revision material available for personal non-commercial home use provided that it is not changed and copyright notices remains; Plabable limited retains the intellectual property rights on all material from their website. Participants shall not create any derivative work or make any other adaptation, without our prior written consent.
If a participant is found to be using or attempting to use the service or revision materials for purposes other than personal individual revision, including but not limited to copying questions, copying answers, copying notes, tampering, hacking, modifying or otherwise corrupting the security or functionality of the service provided by Plabable limited, the participant’s account will be terminated and the individual will be subject to damages and other penalties, including criminal prosecution where available.
Limitation of liability
The content of the educational material will be correct to the best of the webinar organisers knowledge. However, medical knowledge is constantly evolving and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Plabable limited does not accept any responsibility or legal liability for any errors or the misuse or misapplication of material on the webinar.
