If you just want PLAB 2 Gems...

PLAB 2 Gems can be purchased with an inactive subscription (£15 for 3 months), provided you have previously had GEMS on your account. Please log into your Plabable Account to see purchase options.

If you have not previously had GEMS but want PLAB 2 Gems...

You will need to purchase GEMS to access the PLAB 2 material. If your subscription is inactive, you will need to renew your account and then purchase GEMS.
